ForceOne Realty and ForceOne Business Brokers operate under ForceOne Enterprises Pty Ltd.

Located on the 3rd level of the Bank of NSW Chambers, a beautiful heritage listed building at the corner of George Street and Queen Street Mall in Brisbane, we do not have the usual shop front of a real estate agent.

James Raines is the Agency Principal of ForceOne Enterprises Pty Ltd. The Managing Director, Ling Raines, is also a real estate agent licence holder.

Following many years involvement in various fields, James and Ling decided to operate in the field of real estate. By utilsing their knowledge, skills and experience, they aspire to be leaders in the industry.

Their aim is to be a boutique agency staffed by true professionals. Careful screening of staff and continuous training are a must for the organisation.
